About DrMedGuide
DrMedGuide is a privacy-first, non-diagnostic AI cognitive support platform for licensed clinicians.
It is designed to help clinicians organize clinical thinking, compare differential considerations side-by-side,
and generate structured draft documentation for clinician review.
Design intent
The platform is built around a simple reality: clinicians don’t lack information — they lack time and structure.
DrMedGuide exists to reduce cognitive load by presenting organized drafts that clinicians can refine.
It is not a decision engine and is not intended to replace clinical judgment.
Safety boundaries
- Non-diagnostic: does not diagnose conditions.
- Non-prescriptive: does not prescribe or provide treatment recommendations.
- Draft outputs: content is generated as a draft starting point requiring clinician review.
- Clinician responsibility: the user retains sole clinical responsibility.
Privacy-first approach
- No patient accounts
- No EMR integration
- No cloud-stored PHI by default
- No patient data retention by us
- Optional local or user-controlled storage workflows
How clinicians use it
Clinicians typically use DrMedGuide as a thinking and drafting companion:
to compare differential considerations, draft documentation templates, and produce organized summaries for later refinement.
What the output can include
- Differential Considerations (informational, non-diagnostic)
- Working impression drafts (for clinician review)
- Draft SOAP / progress notes / summaries
- Structured tables and organized clinical text
- Exportable PDF drafts
It does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice. All outputs are drafts for clinician review.
Clinical judgment and responsibility remain solely with the user. No patient data is stored or retained.
