IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF AIP INNOVATIONS INC. TO ANY USER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THAT USER FOR USE OF THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
