“Platform” means DrMedGuide, including the website, dashboard, software tools, reports, templates, exports, user interface, and related services operated by AIP Innovations Inc.
“User” or “Authorized User” means a physician, resident, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, pharmacist, medical educator, researcher, or authorized clinical trainee operating within the scope of their education, training, certification, institutional authorization, or professional responsibilities.
“Reference Output” means any report, draft, summary, table, medication reference, differential consideration, documentation draft, research resource, or exported document generated or organized by the Platform.
DrMedGuide is an informational clinical reference, documentation, and workflow-support platform designed to assist licensed clinicians in organizing clinical information, generating structured reference drafts, reviewing differential considerations, and accessing educational and research resources. DrMedGuide does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, establish standards of care, or replace professional clinical judgment. All outputs generated by the Platform are informational reference drafts only and require independent review, verification, and professional judgment before any clinical use.
DrMedGuide is intended for physicians, residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, medical educators, researchers, and authorized clinical trainees acting within the scope of their education, training, certification, institutional authorization, or professional responsibilities.
By accessing or using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the Platform within the scope of their applicable education, training, certification, institutional authorization, professional responsibilities, or legal authority.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, professional obligations, ethical standards, institutional policies, licensing requirements, and privacy requirements.
Users may use DrMedGuide to:
All outputs must be independently reviewed, edited, and validated by the user before any clinical application.
Users must independently verify all information generated, organized, displayed, summarized, or exported by the Platform before applying it in any clinical, educational, research, prescribing, testing, referral, documentation, counseling, or patient-care setting.
Platform outputs must not be relied upon as the sole basis for:
• Diagnosis
• Treatment selection
• Prescribing decisions
• Medication management
• Laboratory ordering
• Referral decisions
• Clinical management
• Patient counseling
• Emergency medical decisions
The Platform is intended to assist information review and workflow organization only.
The User remains solely responsible for all clinical, educational, research, documentation, prescribing, testing, referral, counseling, and patient-care decisions.
Users may not use DrMedGuide to:
Replace Professional Judgment
• Replace independent clinical review, assessment, or professional judgment.
• Delegate diagnostic responsibility to the Platform.
• Delegate treatment decisions to the Platform.
• Rely exclusively on Platform outputs.
Provide Unsupervised Medical Advice
• Deliver AI-generated outputs directly to patients without professional review.
• Present Platform outputs as finalized medical advice.
• Represent Platform outputs as physician-approved conclusions without verification.
Misuse the Platform
• Submit intentionally false, misleading, fabricated, or manipulated information.
• Generate fraudulent medical records.
• Create deceptive documentation.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Violate privacy or confidentiality laws.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit Platform functionality.
High-Risk Reliance
Users may not rely solely on Platform outputs for:
• Emergency care decisions.
• Life-support decisions.
• Critical care interventions.
• Surgical decision-making.
• Time-sensitive medical emergencies.
Independent clinical assessment is always required.
DrMedGuide does not:
• Diagnose medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications.
• Recommend treatments.
• Establish standards of care.
• Replace medical consultation.
• Function as a medical device.
• Determine standards of care, establish clinical priorities, or direct patient management.
• Guarantee clinical accuracy.
• Guarantee completeness of information.
All outputs are informational reference drafts only.
The User retains full responsibility for all clinical, educational, research, documentation, prescribing, testing, referral, counseling, and patient-care decisions made using, informed by, or associated with Platform outputs.
AIP Innovations Inc. assumes no responsibility for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or actions taken based upon Platform outputs.
Users remain responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy and healthcare regulations, including but not limited to:
• HIPAA
• PHIPA
• PIPEDA
• Applicable provincial, state, federal, and international privacy laws
Clinical inputs are processed transiently for report generation and are not intentionally retained as part of the Platform’s normal operational workflow. Limited technical logs, security monitoring records, and operational system data may be temporarily maintained where required for reliability, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system integrity.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any information entered into the Platform complies with their applicable privacy obligations, institutional policies, patient consent requirements, and legal requirements. AIP Innovations Inc. does not independently verify whether a User is authorized to submit any particular information to the Platform.
Users remain responsible for determining whether information entered into the Platform is appropriate under their applicable legal, regulatory, institutional, and professional obligations.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform except as expressly permitted by AIP Innovations Inc.
The DrMedGuide name, logo, branding, trade dress, and related marks are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of AIP Innovations Inc.
Use of the Platform does not create a physician-patient relationship, healthcare provider-patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, professional relationship, or any other special relationship between AIP Innovations Inc., DrMedGuide, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, users, patients, institutions, or any third party.
AIP Innovations Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform
for any violation of this Usage Policy, the Terms of Use, applicable laws, or professional
standards.
This Usage Policy may be modified from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the
revised Usage Policy.
